Website delivery and security
When you visit, limited technical data may be processed: IP address, request time, requested URL, user-agent and security signals. We use it to deliver and troubleshoot the site and prevent abuse. The basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Technical and security logs are retained for up to 7 days.
Email enquiries
If you contact us, we process your sender address, message, attachments and correspondence to assess and answer the enquiry. The basis is Article 6(1)(f), Article 6(1)(b) when you request pre-contractual steps, and Article 6(1)(c) where records are legally required. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot reply without usable contact details. Ordinary closed enquiries are retained for up to 12 months; contractual or legally required records may be kept for the applicable statutory period.
Providers and international transfers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and Web Analytics, and Zoho Mail provides email services. They process limited information on our behalf under contractual safeguards. If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us to request information about the safeguards.
Analytics, cookies and browser storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand page visits and website performance. It does not use analytics or marketing cookies, local browser storage or cross-site tracking. While this website is protected as a private preview, it uses one secure, strictly necessary login-session cookie to keep authorized visitors signed in. That cookie is not used for analytics and expires automatically. Cloudflare may also use strictly necessary security technologies to protect the site.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability or withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to statutory conditions. You may complain to Datatilsynet or another competent EEA supervisory authority.
